✦ How is jewelry made?
The jewelry available at PaulasBeadsWorld.com is handmade by me from various materials. Currently, I mainly use steel finishes, glass beads, stones, pearls, and Swarovski crystals. In the shop, you will also find jewelry with acrylic beads or dried flowers finished with resin. I really enjoy using wire to create intricate organic braids in an astral style. On the website, you will also find copper and brass jewelry. I strive to create unique, original pieces so that everyone can find their favorite item. My main inspiration comes from flora and fauna. You will also find inspirations from the universe, cosmos, and stars. I invite you to visit the shop and follow new arrivals. Visit the brand's Instagram and Facebook pages. Stay with me longer. ✦ Can I buy ready-made jewelry in your online store?
Yes, in my online store, under the Shop tab, you will find handmade jewelry, ready for purchase. The store is divided into convenient product categories such as: necklaces, bracelets, and earrings. All these products are unique. Most of them are created as single pieces. When a particular model sells out, it may not reappear in the store. All product details are provided in the item description. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me. To do this, send me a message using the Contact tab. I aim to respond within 3 business days.
✦ Can I order personalized jewelry?
Yes, I accept individual orders for custom jewelry. Mainly for necklaces made of stainless steel with various beads, jewelry sets (necklace, bracelet, earrings), and jewelry with natural stones. On the Custom subpage, you will find details regarding the process of ordering such jewelry.
✦ What is the delivery and returns process?
I ship products throughout Poland via carriers such as InPost. You have 14 days to return the goods in accordance with the store's terms and conditions. The jewelry must be in an undamaged condition, as it arrived to you. Personalized jewelry, created especially for you, is not returnable.
Each of my products is new, not tried on or worn. This applies in particular to earrings where their upper part comes into contact with the body, specifically with pierced tissue.
For hygiene and health reasons, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to products delivered in a sealed package if the package has been opened after delivery. This applies in particular to earrings.
(Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act).

✦ What are the payment methods?
Payments in the store are securely processed through the Shopify Payments system. You can conveniently pay for your order using a Payment Card. The entire process is quick and completely secure, allowing you to calmly complete your order.
